ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS

As a compassionate and client-centered therapist, I am deeply committed to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges while uncovering their personal strengths. With a background in trauma-informed care and a focus on evidence-based practices, I specialize in working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including teenagers and adults seeking to explore complex behavioral patterns. My therapeutic approach integrates Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and other modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs.

I take a solution-focused approach to therapy, recognizing that real lasting change requires a balance of empathy, insight, and practical tools. Whether you’re working through trauma, managing overwhelming emotions, or navigating complex life transitions, I am here to guide you in building a path forward with confidence.

In addition to my work as a therapist, I am passionate about advocacy and social justice. I believe in empowering individuals and communities to advocate for their needs and make informed decisions about their well-being. My goal is to help clients find healing and also encourage self-advocacy for growth beyond the therapy room.

Together, we willl explore the factors that impact your life, and we will collaborate to develop a plan focused on healing, empowerment, and sustainable change.
