ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS

Taking the next steps in seeking out therapy can be a really meaningful choice to make and I'm thankful to meet you here. I support people in navigating major life changes as well as navigating the day to day. Whether it be grieving a loved one, managing separation or divorce, healing from experiences in childhood, or managing stress or sadness in the present, I

consider it an honor to walk alongside you.

I’ve been practicing Social Work since 2018 and utilize a variety of therapy modalities to help people through hard times. I use a narrative, relational, and person-centered approach and incorporate mindfulness as well as trauma-informed EMDR therapy. We go at a pace that feels comfortable to you and work on the things you want to work on. My therapy style is

authentic, warm, and supportive, and I primarily work with women and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. It's a privilege to support people through life's ups and downs, and I look forward to potentially connecting with you along your journey.
