Hello there! My name is Carly Roach and I'm a licensed therapist in Michigan. I speak both English and Spanish and I’m delighted to be able to provide therapy in either language. My counseling style is warm and collaborative. I approach people with a person centered, strengths-based perspective and believe firmly in having unconditional positive regard with all of my clients. In my therapeutic practice, I draw from training I've received in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Using these approaches, we'll work together to make sure our dialog and treatment plan center on your specific needs.

I've been lucky to get to work with a variety of people who've come into therapy with a range of different concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, parenting difficulties, self-esteem issues, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and traumatic experiences, among other concerns.

My absolute favorite part of being a therapist is that when we are ready for it, it's possible for therapy to increase the quality of our lives and our relationships, not just with others, but with ourselves, too. I feel honored to get to be part of people's change and healing journeys in this very special way.
