Hello! My name is Carly and I am a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University and Western Michigan University!
As a therapist, I’m going to help you find your strengths so we can build on your existing foundation to help you reach your counseling goals and heal. Whether it’s trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, or strengthening your coping skills, I truly believe every client has strengths and resilience we can build upon to help you heal.
Some of the tools we’ll use include CBT, TF-CBT, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. Together, we will create goals that meet your needs and put you on the path towards a healthy life.
