I have experience working with adults, older adults, and families. I have worked in a variety of settings including nursing homes and inpatient hospital settings. I have helped clients and families navigate through various life events such as grief, anxiety, depression, and everyday life stressors.
My goal is to create an environment where individuals feel safe and empowered. I plan to help
individuals achieve growth through self-awareness and individual strengths. My approach to therapy includes a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy. Overall, my goal is to tailor a plan that works best for you to create the most advantageous outcome!
