I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned a Bachelor’s degree focused on Psychology and Communication as well as a Master’s degree in Counseling with an emphasis on School Counseling. I see outpatient adolescent clients with relationship, anxiety/stress, and school concerns. I also see adult clients with relationship, career, anxiety/stress, and life transition concerns.

I utilize a variety of approaches such as solution-focused, cognitive behavioral therapy, strength-based, and psychoeducational. I also consider the client within their different environments (school, home, work, community) because I believe we affect our environments and our environments can have an affect on us.

I strive for therapy sessions to be collaborative and interactive and supportive. We will work together as we focus on your concerns and recognize your strengths. It is a privilege that I get to work alongside clients to help them work through their challenges and to learn more about themselves and to become more empowered individuals.
