Hello and welcome!

I look forward to meeting you and working with you through any challenges, situations, or other needs. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Communication as well as a Master’s degree in Counseling. My background includes working in schools as a learning interventionist and school counselor, as well as working with adults as a therapist. I see adolescent clients with concerns such as anxiety/stress, relationships (peers, family, etc.), identity, and a variety of school concerns. I also see college students as well as adult clients of all ages regarding relationships, family, parenting, loss, career, anxiety/stress, and life transitions.

I utilize a variety of approaches such as solution-focused, cognitive behavioral therapy, strength-based, and psychoeducational. I also consider the client within their different environments (school, home, work, community) because I believe we affect our environments and our environments can have an effect on us.

I strive for therapy sessions to be collaborative and interactive and supportive. We will work together as we focus on your concerns and recognize your strengths. It is a privilege that I get to work alongside clients to help them to work through their challenges, to learn more about themselves, and to become more empowered individuals.
