Hello! Being a human can be tricky sometimes and counseling can provide a non-judgmental, open environment for you to be your authentic self, with all your thoughts and feelings, to explore some of the challenges life can present. My focus is to build safety and connection with you. Together we can work to find meaning and hope on your path towards recovery and wellness.

I use evidenced-based practices to better serve the clients I work with. My goal is to help you develop healthier thinking patterns and coping strategies, increase mindful attention to your inner self, and develop the capacity to embrace the broad spectrum of human emotions; to empower you to live the life you want.

I have over 10 years of experience working in inpatient and outpatient settings. I specialize in individual counseling for adults using a strengths- based, solution-focused approach, utilizing modalities like ACT, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness. I will work with you to create an individualized plan focused on your healing that respects your individual journey.
