Hello! Whatever it is that brought you here, my hope is to provide a safe place to process life’s stressors, address your needs and find a healthy way forward. I am passionate about helping individuals live authentic lives true to their values, while discovering their strengths and capacity for resilience. I believe growth, healing and freedom are possible, even during life's most challenging seasons. I provide an empowering, compassionate, collaborative therapeutic style and find it helpful to draw upon a variety of therapeutic tools to personalize treatment. I specialize in working with adolescents and young adult women, and have experience providing mental health care in inpatient, partial hospitalization, school, and home-based settings. I completed my Bachelor’s in Psychology/Family Studies from Cornerstone University and my Master’s in Social Work from Grand Valley State University.
