Parenting can be challenging and children don't come with an instruction manual. Likewise, being a child today
can be stressful and difficult to navigate. You and your child do not have to take this journey alone. Together with my 20+ years of experience working with a variety of youth, along with 19+ years of parenting we can work together to develop a plan that will help your child reduce their anxiety, learn strategies to improve their impulse control, and practice methods for emotional management. I would be privileged to partner with you to learn more about your child's individual strengths and struggles so we can make steps towards higher quality health and wellness.
