For over ten years, I have been helping people who struggle with anxiety, depression, anger management, relationship difficulties, and substance use. I come from a holistic, person-centered, strength-based perspective. I am skilled in many therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, existential therapy, and solution focussed therapy. I value each person as an individual with unique characteristics and strengths. I look forward to working as a team to develop and accomplish goals you set to achieve success. I am a fully licensed clinical therapist and a Certified Advanced Alcohol Drug Counselor. I understand it can be difficult to start a therapeutic relationship. I have a laid back style and my focus is to provide a safe place for my clients to share what is top most on their hearts and minds. Sometimes the small things which come up in sessions are openings to deeper insights.
