Hello All! Since childhood, my passion has been to help others. No matter who my client is, my goal is to provide a relaxed, non-judgmental, safe space for individuals to be heard and understood. I hope to break the negative stigmas of counseling and help create effective change at CCWM and in our Grand Rapids Community.
I graduated from Central Michigan University in 2017 with a Master’s degree in Counseling. I specialize in individual counseling for adolescents and young adults.
My therapeutic approach utilizes concepts from active listening, mindfulness, crisis intervention, solution-focused brief therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Centered Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT), and various other models.
Personally, I am a husband and father. I enjoy camping, taking trips, and spending time with family. I love watching basketball and football and occasionally if my body allows I will play!
