NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS

Hello! You are taking an important step in your path towards healing and wholeness. I find it a privilege to be part of the healing journey. I honor the courage it takes to show up, be seen, and will help you feel heard and not alone in your pain. I appreciate the complex relationship between our thoughts, emotions, behaviors and what motivates us, and I am comfortable sitting with others in the vulnerability of sorting through it all.

My therapeutic style is warm, empathetic, collaborative, judgment-free, and person-centered. I believe you are the expert of your lived experience and have inherent strengths to empower you.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to challenge negative thoughts, helping you adopt healthier, more accurate thought patterns that serve you better. With Dialectical Behavior Therapy we improve emotional stability, distress tolerance, and decrease unwanted behaviors. Mindfulness to help you grow in resilience, self-compassion, and to live with less anxiety.

I have worked with diverse populations including Adolescents, women in the perinatal/postpartum period, and clients experiencing trauma, domestic abuse, and grief/loss. Together, we can process the difficult emotions of low self-worth, anger, and shame. There is hope. I look forward to partnering with you, helping you take the next step in becoming whole.
