I have experience supporting clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, body image, self-worth, parenting, relational discord, adoption-related difficulties, and special education skill teaching. I have former experience working with students and adults within the context of a school setting. I use a variety of frameworks to support clients, particularly strengths-based and solution-focused therapy, as well as cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. I have a passion for clients to feel heard, valued, and safe. I aim to guide clients in discovering their gifts, celebrating progress, and growing into the healthiest versions of themselves.
