In 2013, l graduated with a Master of Social Work from Michigan State University. I have 15+ years of experience working with children, teens, and adults in a variety of clinical settings including schools, residential treatment facilities, and inpatient hospitals.
I am passionate about meeting my clients right where they are as my own authentic, compassionate, and weird self. I aim to create a safe space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors without judgment or assumption. In the words of Brene Brown, "Authenticity is not something we have or do not have. It is a collection of choices that we have to make every day. It is about the choice to show up and be real. The choice to be honest. The choice to let ourselves be seen."
