Hi, My name is Jillian Murray I am a Licensed Master Clinical Social Worker, I earned my BA is Psychology at North Park University and my Master’s in social work at Loyola University Chicago. I have, over 15 years of experience working with clients of all age groups, treating people with mild to severe and persistent mental illness.

My approach is integrative, combining elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy, Dialectical Therapy, Internal Family System and solution-focused strategies. I tailor my methods to each individual, meeting the person where they are at and ensuring that therapy aligns with your specific needs and goals. Together, we will work on developing coping strategies, enhancing self-awareness, and fostering resilience, in a safe and grounded environment.

I work with children, adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, mood disorders, family/behavioral issues, psychotic disorders, trauma and PTSD.
