I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with sixteen years of experience working with adults in a variety of difficult seasons. Throughout the therapeutic process, I’m driven by a desire to see meaningful improvement in people’s lives as we work toward healing, growth, and thriving. Whether someone is struggling with depression or anxiety, marital difficulties, work stress, or challenges in relationships, we work together to pursue a hope-filled path forward.

Therapy with me involves taking an honest look at what is and is not working in your life. I ask thoughtful questions about what matters most to you, what you hope to see change. As clarity develops, we work to identify practical steps that can help move life in a direction marked by greater hope, satisfaction, and purpose. This process can provide powerful motivation in a person’s life.

I work with both individuals and couples. I strive to provide a supportive, thoughtful environment where people feel heard, understood, and encouraged, particularly for anyone who considers the Christian faith to be an important part of their life.
