As your therapist I’m here to help you work through the challenges you face whether you are feeling depressed, overwhelmed, anxious, grief, or struggling to manage your day-to-day life. My goal is to create an environment that makes you feel welcome and safe in order to encourage growth and empowerment. I look forward to collaborating to figure out your goals for therapy and how we can navigate these together.

I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan and have worked with individuals who experience anxiety, depression, grief and trauma. Some of the tools I use include a variety of treatment modalities and therapeutic approaches such as Person Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, elements of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and crisis intervention. In my free time I enjoy going for walks, camping, playing board games, and spending time with my cat Sohla. I invite you to reach out if you have any questions about my bio or what therapy may be like with me. I look forward to working with you!
