I work with individuals 18 and older who have experienced trauma, supporting them in gaining clarity, building resilience, and fostering emotional well-being. My primary approach is EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), enhanced by techniques from Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment theory, somatic practices, and mindfulness.

Seeking support is a courageous step, and I’m here to create a warm, non-judgmental space where lasting change can take place. With commitment, I believe every client has the capacity to grow, strengthen their relationships, and unlock their true potential.
