With over 25 years of counseling experience, I understand that life can be challenging and overwhelming. I offer a safe, welcoming space for you to be just who you are and to release some of life’s tensions. I am here to listen and walk with you. Together, we will work to strengthen self-understanding, foster curiosity and work with your strengths to find a more comfortable balance. I am a therapist offering client-centered, evidenced based treatments pulling from cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and polyvagal therapies. These will be tailored to meet your unique treatment needs and goals. I am currently working with adults from all walks of life, diverse backgrounds and life experiences who may be struggling with issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, stress, social emotional issues, grief, adjustment, divorce, family/relationship conflict or women’s and LGBTQ+ issues. I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology from Michigan State University and a master’s degree in social work from Wayne State University.
