Welcome! I’m happy you’re here. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, and have been in private practice full-time since 2019. The work that I get to do is an incredible privilege, and I’m grateful to provide a safe space for others. I help my clients to connect with themselves on a deeper level, so they can feel empowered and confident.

I can help you to understand all parts of yourself, even the parts you don't yet love or understand. We often get stuck in familiar patterns, like people pleasing, co-dependency, and self-sabotage. Our bodies are amazing in how they try to protect us from hurt, but sometimes those old patterns are no longer serving us.

Through a trauma-informed perspective, I can provide insight into how your earlier life experiences are still showing up, and can help you find more productive, intentional ways to live. I draw from Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy.

You are capable of healing and living a fulfilled life, you just need a safe space and insight to be able to grow. I would be honored to help you explore who you are, what has shaped you, and what you want out of life.
