NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS

I have over 20 years of being the client in counseling. I have faced life struggles and challenges and have seen how trauma has played a big role in shaping who I am as in individual. I have learned that integrating the trauma in my life can make me a stronger authentic, individual and in turn help others.

It is my hope to help you as I have been helped. I would consider it a privilege to walk alongside you in your journey of self-discovery and recovery. I believe in your capacity to heal. We can look at your strengths together and explore your coping mechanisms and find new ways to cope. With these tools, we can delve into your past experiences that have shaped you and find ways to look at them as learning experiences that you can incorporate into your life to make you a whole being.

You may be struggling with current or recent experiences and challenges. I would love to address these with you and find how to cope with them in a healthy, productive way.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I received my Master’s in Counseling at Spring Arbor University. I have 8 years of experience working with at risk families in an educational and therapeutic setting. I also have over 4 years of experience working with bereaved adults, children and families. I am interested in working with adults struggling with trauma, grief, depression, domestic violence, anxiety, stress management, women’s issues, and spiritual issues.

I am a Christian who will provide you with non-judgmental, compassionate care. I look to come alongside anyone no matter their race, color, religion, sex or sexual orientation, or national origin.
