My name is Katrina and I am a licensed professional counselor in MI. I Completed my Masters of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Canisius College in Buffalo, NY, in 2014. I have over 7 years of experience working with adolescents and adults in both Inpatient and outpatient settings. My approach is integrative psychotherapy because one approach is not suited for everyone. When you are in session with me, I want you to just be your authentic self. I will guide you in learning how to cope with unexpected situations beyond your control. The following are areas of clinical experience: trauma, grief and loss, depression, anxiety disorders, adjustment disorders, self-esteem issues, and codependency/boundaries with others.
