I understand that starting therapy can be intimidating or scary at times, so I applaud you for taking this first step. As a therapist, helping clients overcome life’s obstacles is a passion and an honor. I have experiences working in both public school and medical care systems, which have given me the opportunity to see children and adults move from a place of struggling to a place of healing. Whether it be difficulties like trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief, conflict, or many others, I focus on all the different factors that contribute to our wellbeing, including using our strengths to help reach our goals. I graduated from Western Michigan University with a master’s degree in Clinical Social Work, and some of my clinical modes of therapy consist of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Play Therapy, Strengths-Based, and Person-Centered Therapies. No matter where you are in your journey, I am confident that in working together, a new sense of hope and happiness can be achieved
