Life is filled with triumphs, hardships, and a whole lot of challenges. Sometimes we get overwhelmed and feel like there is too much to handle on our own. We all experience struggle with conflict at different points throughout life and I believe nobody should be forced to face these

issues alone. My passion is to work with people as they strive to triumph over the challenges that life presents while dealing with hardships in a positive and healthy way. My goal is to provide a safe and comfortable place to promote understanding and healing.

I graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelors in Behavioral Science and a Masters in Social Work. I have had the honor of working with various groups, including those dealing with depression and anxiety, individuals with developmental disabilities, people who have experienced traumatic brain injuries, individuals with chronic health conditions, elderly residents and their families in a long-term care setting, and patients receiving end-of-life care.
