Each of us brings into counseling our own unique tapestry of experiences, circumstances, perspectives, abilities, and desires. For this reason, my first priority as a counselor is to get to know you! My desire is to foster a trusting relationship in which you feel valued and understood. From there, we’ll work together to take an honest look at your life and begin charting a course toward goals that are meaningful to you. In essence, I view counseling as a collaborative process of exploration, discovery, healing, and growth – it is my immense privilege to partner with individuals as they navigate life’s complex challenges with courage and resilience.
