ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS
My goal in therapy is to provide an affirming therapeutic relationship where you can feel comfortable and safe to explore your story and express yourself. Together we will build upon your strengths to gain insight, face things that seem too difficult, and find healing in your mind, body, and spirit.
My passion is supporting people who question some aspect of their identity or who are going through a major life change. Issues I treat include spiritual trauma, anxiety, substance abuse, body image, depression, boundaries, grief, self-esteem, relationship, and family issues.
I use an integrative therapeutic approach which is based in person-centered therapy while utilizing techniques from other theories such as narrative therapy, existential therapy, and family systems. In our work together, I adjust my approach to best suit your individual needs. I begin with the foundational belief that you are the person who knows best what you truly need.
