NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS

For more than two decades, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside children, families, and individuals as they navigate the challenges of anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relational stress. I believe deeply in the power of connection and in the healing that happens when people feel truly seen, heard, and supported.

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in person-centered and holistic principles. I view each client as the expert in their own life, and I strive to create a space where we can work together in partnership—at your pace, in your voice, and on your terms. My goal is always to help you uncover your strengths, build resilience, and move toward greater emotional well-being.

With a background that spans clinical social work and case management, I bring a comprehensive understanding of both emotional health and the broader systems that impact it. This allows me to support not only the individual but also the family dynamics, school systems, and community factors that often play a role in a person’s journey.

Whether working with teens or adults or supporting families through challenging times, I approach every session with empathy, curiosity and a genuine respect for the uniqueness of each person I meet.

If you're looking for a therapist who will partner with you compassionately and thoughtfully—someone who will listen without judgment and walk with you toward healing and growth—I’d be honored to connect.
