Hello and welcome! I am a licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. My therapeutic style is person-centered, collaborative, and integrative. Please consider working with me if you are interested in one, some, or all of the following: recovering from traumatic events (single events to a lifetime of trauma), finding relief from depression and/or anxiety, developing and maintaining meaningful, nurturing relationships, breaking free from unhelpful habits.

I am certified by the EMDR International Association (EMDRIA) in EMDR, trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), and consistently integrate both. I am experienced with and specialize in the treatment of anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD and complex PTSD (C-PTSD), attachment difficulties, life changes, grief/loss, and religious trauma.
