Welcome! My name is Leah, and I am a licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) with over 13 years of

experience in the Michigan mental health field. My therapeutic style is person-centered, collaborative, and integrative. Please consider working with me if you are interested in one, some, or all of the following: recovering from traumatic events (single events to a lifetime of trauma), finding relief from depression and/or anxiety, developing and maintaining meaningful, nurturing relationships, breaking free from unhelpful habits.

I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) and consistently integrate both. I also draw from other therapy modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT)..
