It takes a tremendous amount of courage to share your story. It is my goal to meet you where you are at and to facilitate a safe space while you process challenges that arise in your journey. We will foster a partnership enabling us to sift through concerns and tailor a client-centered plan.

I attended graduate school at The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC and began my career at The George Washington Cancer Center where I advocated for a diverse range of clients in spaces of profound vulnerability. My background includes working with adult clients specializing in anxiety/depression, life transitions, grief, perinatal/post-partum depression, chronic medical illness, and the LGBTQIA+ community. I utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and acceptance and commitment therapy to support evidence-based treatment.

I truly care about my clients and will provide a confidential, empathic, and non-judgmental environment. I look forward to collaborating in our work together.
