Hi! I’m Lindsey Matthews come on in! I can clients in-person or telehealth. I work with individuals and couples to establish and maintain the person/people you want to be, by creating goals and coping skills with you to get there. I work with adult individuals, older teenagers (14 and up), and couples in matters of anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief, stress, and communication. ​Life can be overwhelming and we know that therapy can provide people a safe and rewarding environment to develop their own personal skills to meet life’s challenges. I look forward to hearing your experiences and taking those steps with you through your journey!

I graduated with my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Central Michigan University and with my graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University.
