Welcome to the Counseling Center of West Michigan. I am happy to be part of your journey. Therapy should be a space to recover and reflect without judgment. My background is with family systems and trauma recovery. I believe therapy should be patient driven and solution oriented. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. Therapy can be a space to recover and reflect without judgment.

I graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Master’s Degree in Social Work. I have experience working with individuals and couples navigating life changes, depression, anxiety, grief, chronic medical illness and trauma recovery. I look forward to working alongside you as you heal and grow.
