Are you feeling overwhelmed? Finding it difficult to establish boundaries? Are you having trouble navigating the day-to-day demands of life? My goal is to meet you where you are and to work collaboratively with you to create a supportive environment that empowers you to achieve your goals and live a more fulfilling life.
My therapeutic approach is person-centered and solution-focused. I operate through a systemic perspective, considering the personal, relational, and environmental dimensions of your life and how they influence each other. Utilizing various techniques, we will work together to develop insight, reduce anxiety, increase confidence, and find positive ways to cope with daily stressors.
I have experience working therapeutically in outpatient, inpatient, and partial hospitalization programs and in community and school settings. In 2019, I graduated with my Master of Arts in School and Community Psychology and am currently completing my doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology at Wayne State University.
I wish you all the best in your journey and hope to hear from you soon!
