I'm passionate about helping individuals discover their inner strengths and create a life aligned with their values. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw on a range of therapeutic techniques to help you navigate stress, build resilience, and cultivate a deeper sense of well-being. I have experience working therapeutically in outpatient, inpatient, and partial hospitalization programs and in community and school settings. I completed my master’s degree in School & Community Psychology and my doctorate in Counseling Psychology at Wayne State University. I'm here to support you on your journey!
