I am a Limited Licensed Professional Counselor (LLPC) dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward growth and healing. I believe that everyone has the potential to make positive changes in their lives, and I work alongside my clients to explore their strengths, challenges, and goals in a warm, non-judgmental environment.

In addition to working with adult clients, I have particular experience working within school settings, supporting middle and high school students. I understand the unique challenges that adolescents face, including academic stress, social pressures, identity development, and emotional well-being.

I use an integrated approach to therapy, combining various evidence-based practices to create a personalized experience that meets each client's unique needs. By drawing from multiple therapeutic modalities, I ensure that my approach is flexible and responsive, focusing on fostering resilience, self-awareness, and meaningful change. My aim is to help clients navigate their challenges while empowering them to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
