ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS

Hello! I’m glad you’re here.

I believe that growth starts with feeling comfortable, supported, and genuinely understood. Therapy works best when you feel safe enough to be yourself, so my goal is to create a space where children, teens, young adults, and families can talk openly, explore challenges, and build on the strengths they already have.

I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and school social worker with experience supporting individuals and families through a wide range of concerns. One of my favorite parts of this work is helping people make sense of what they’re experiencing, identify what’s getting in the way, and develop practical strategies that make everyday life feel more manageable.

I commonly work with:

• Anxiety and stress

• ADHD and executive functioning challenges

• Emotional regulation and coping skills

• School-related concerns and academic stress

• Social skills and peer relationships

• Self-esteem and identity development

• Life transitions

• Family support

My background in both school and mental health settings has given me a strong understanding of how emotional well-being affects daily life, relationships, and overall success at home and school. I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, social-emotional skill development, and strengths-based practices. At the same time, I believe therapy should feel natural and collaborative rather than one-size-fits-all.

I am especially passionate about helping children, teens, and young adults build self-awareness, confidence, and resilience. I also value working alongside caregivers, knowing that meaningful growth often happens when families feel supported and included in the process.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, school stress, life changes, emotional challenges, or simply looking for additional support, I’m here to help. My goal is to meet you where you are, work together to identify what you need, and support you as you move toward the goals that matter most to you.
