Hello, my name is Pam Brenner and I am a licensed professional counselor with over 10 years of professional work experience. Most of my work has been in vocational rehabilitation counseling and crisis counseling; however, I also have significant experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, grief, depression, marriage/relationship struggles, parenting issues, & career difficulties. I also have training in play therapy for young children. I enjoy working with people of all ages!

I typically scribe to a solution focused therapy model, but all our sessions will be very person centered and conversational. I also utilize psychoeducational techniques and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) models into my work.
