Hi, I am Paul Russell, LPC. I have over 28 years of experience helping others become their best selves. I have been married for 29 years (to the same person), and we have two wonderful adult children. We own a small hobby farm with goats, ducks, chickens, and many pets!

As an outdoors enthusiast, I enjoy living in Michigan. Being by the lakes or in the woods is my way to recharge.

My educational information: B.A. in psychology, M.A. in Mental Health Counseling.

I offer my services to individual adults. I value straightforward and honest therapeutic interactions, emphasizing that the essence of therapy lies in the understanding that to change anything in life, one must first challenge and change oneself.

As a therapist who has dealt with his own chronic trauma, PTSD, and ADHD, I have a unique perspective on how trauma and life can cause both visible and hidden stressors.

I possess in-depth training in trauma recovery to assist individuals dealing with trauma responses from the full spectrum of trauma-related experiences.

I offer functional therapy for men’s mental health issues.

I specialize in assisting professionals, including first responders, physical health professionals, and human services providers, with their professional and personal growth needs.
