I hold an LMSW and graduated from Grand Valley State University
I have extensive experience working with adults with disabilities, as well as people who are diagnosed with personality disorders, depression, and anxiety.
My therapy styles often include CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care; these approaches frequently incorporate problem-solving, person-centered strategies.
I am open to working with 16-year-olds and older and am open to supporting a wide array of diagnoses.
I have always enjoyed working alongside people in achieving their goals. I truly believe in meeting people where they are and celebrating growth in all capacities.
