Hello, my name is Rachel Jensen. I am a licensed social worker in the state of Michigan. It’s important for me as a therapist to meet you where you’re at and help you reach your goals. I approach therapy as a collaborative effort.

I enjoy working with people experiencing anxiety, depression, addiction, grief, and life transitions. I have experience and enjoy working with first responders. I work with teenagers through adulthood.

I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused, person-centered, motivational interviewing, and dialectical behavior therapy.

I graduated in 2020 from Grand Valley State University with my master’s degree in social work. Prior to this I received my bachelors degree in psychology. I have worked with kiddos with autism, as well as in a crisis program, and in an Employee Assistance Program.
