My passion is working with people going through life transitions. This may be a career change, going to college, divorce, a recent move, lifestyle changes, chronic illness, anxiety, or grief and loss. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating the emotional and mental health challenges that come with chronic illness, helping them adjust to new realities and find balance in their lives.

I enjoy working with people from all walks of life, ages, and situations, including LGBTQIA+ individuals and those in non-traditional romantic relationships. Change can be exciting, but it can also be a source of stress and anxiety for so many of us. You are the expert on your life, but I can help guide you through changes and adjusting to new circumstances.

I grew up in the West Michigan area and understand both the joys and challenges of living in our community. I have been working in mental health for over eight years, and my counseling style uses eclectic techniques tailored to the strengths and needs of each person I work with. I am dedicated to providing effective and compassionate counseling to empower you to become your best self.
