I am passionate about helping you be able to see the beauty that can come from the trials that you have faced. I believe that out of pain, beauty can be created and allows us to grow in ways we never dreamed of. I offer a gentle, compassionate, and a real place to be able to process the trial. I am all about encouragement, empowerment and love. I believe that therapy can be a place where we can become better equip to manage our lives in a healthy and balanced way. I use a strengths-based approach. I believe in empowering individuals through utilizing a holistic approach to wellness. I find it crucial to build strong and trusting relationships with clients and families in order to assist others to their full potential.

I have experience working in residential treatment, addiction treatment and intensive outpatient centers. I have worked with a wide range of people including, adolescents, young adults, adults and families. I have experience working with substance use, complex trauma, crisis intervention, grief/ loss, anxiety, depression, anger management, relationship difficulties and self-esteem. I look forward to working with you and encouraging you to get where you would like to be!
