I am a Clinical Social Worker with nearly 12 years of experience working in the inpatient mental health setting with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults with a wide variety of symptoms, diagnoses and unique stories.

I believe therapy can be transformative. I seek to provide a space that is empathic, gracious and promotes growth, connection and healing. We all live densely layered lives. I love delving into those layers with clients to develop awareness and insight into why we do what we do, and how to make changes if our thought processes and behaviors are not serving us well.

My clinical areas of expertise and interest include working collaboratively with clients to address mood, depression, anxiety, self harm, addiction/substance use, and trauma/stressor related disorders, as well as working toward development of self-concept, identity, meaning, and purpose.
