Hello! My name is Savanna Dempsey, and I’m a master’s-level counseling intern in counseling psychology. I use a cognitive-behavioral approach to help clients challenge negative thoughts, identify patterns, and develop healthier ways of thinking and coping. My areas of interest include anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns.

I strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, valued, and empowered to make meaningful changes. I believe everyone’s journey is unique, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges.
