Hi my name is Serena I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) I have 11 years experience. I use CBT, motivational interviewing and solution focused therapy techniques. I specialize in addiction treatment, PTSD, depression, and anxiety, trauma, grief, emotional regulation, communication skills, and boundaries. I believe my clients are a gift, because they allow me to be a part of their journey when they are struggling and they allow me to be a part of helping them identify new tools and techniques that bring peace and joy and structure back into their lives. I believe the biggest gift I can offer a client is a new way to think and gain a new perspective on situations and feelings that will guide them to new positive outcomes in their lives.
