I am a Clinical Therapist with nearly 20 years of experience working with children, teens, and adults to improve mental health and wellness in order to live a more fulfilled life. I believe everyone deserves a safe space for therapy and non-judgmental support. I specialize in helping people navigate through tough situations and life changes as well as trauma, depression, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, and other health and mental health needs. My therapeutic approach utilizes concepts from mindfulness, motivational interviewing, solutions focused brief therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also use various art and play therapy techniques and other engaging activities to help identify emotions and individual needs as well as how the person’s thoughts or behavior may be connected. I offer evening, weekend, in person as well as telehealth appointments. I am happy to talk more with anyone who desires to learn more about me as a clinician and review how I can provide support to you or your child.
