ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS
I’m Taylor, a clinical social worker with a focus on complex trauma treatment. After earning my MSW from the University of Michigan, I dedicate my career to supporting clients through a trauma-informed and attachment theory based framework. While a diagnosis offers a framework to understand you, I take a brain based, interpersonal neurobiology (IPNB) approach that focuses on you and your goals for change, rather than your diagnosis. As someone in the community and who understands the need, I do offer judgement free counseling for queer couples with an understanding of issues pertinent to our community.
With experience in crisis, homebased, and outpatient settings, I offer a holistic perspective that includes the reality of your environment and world around you. Focusing on what reality and change means to you is what builds the foundation of our therapeutic relationship. I offer a fully non-judgmental space to process and help navigate all parts of you.
In our space, there is freedom to be you in any way you find the energy to show up. Together we focus on what it means to not only provide the brain therapy - but your nervous system too - with a calm, open, nonjudgmental space. You are free to email me to get in touch and decide if I am a good fit for your needs.
