ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS

I’m Taylor, an LLMSW therapist with a focus on helping individuals aged 14-35, as well as couples, heal from trauma and navigate personal growth. After earning my Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting clients through a trauma and attachment-informed framework. My approach is grounded in understanding how past experiences, especially trauma, impact current relationships and emotional well-being. While a diagnosis offers a framework to understand behavior, I take a brain based approach that focuses on you and your goals for change, rather than your diagnosis.

Incorporating trauma-focused models like Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), my work is deeply informed by attachment theory, helping clients explore how early attachment patterns influence their relationships and sense of self. I believe in the power of collaboration—while clients drive their own healing, I join the journey to tailor therapy to your unique needs.

Whether we're building resilience, repairing relationships, or working through difficult behaviors, I’m committed to guiding clients toward lasting, meaningful change. With previous experience in crisis, outpatient, and homebased settings, I am comfortable working with depression, anxiety, bipolar, borderline, and trauma related history. Spending many years focused on domestic violence and sexual abuse, I also offer therapy for both survivors and perpetrators of domestic violence, infidelity, and porn addiction.
