Making the call to begin therapy is a testament to a person's strength and resilience. My role as a therapist is to highlight and build upon an individual's strength to help them meet their unique goals. I hope to offer a welcoming, non-judgmental space, where everyone can be their authentic self. We can work together as a team to ensure you have the skills to manage current and future life stressors.
I am a Licensed Master's Social Worker and certified as an Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I have worked in the mental health field for over 10 years and have had the pleasure of working with individuals from many walks of life looking to manage various challenges including: depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, life transitions, chronic illnesses, and co-occurring disorders. I utilize a variety of evidence based practices to meet the unique needs of each person, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I look forward to making new connections and assisting you manage the stressors of life.
