Hello and Welcome! My educational background includes a Masters of Social Work degree from Grand Valley State University (2017) and a B.A in Psychology from Michigan State University (2014). As a trauma informed therapist I work to help individuals and families navigate life’s challenges.

I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, psychotic disorders, personality disorders, life transitions, codependency concerns, grief and women’s health. I utilize a wide range of evidence- based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Motivational Interviewing and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT).

Outside of the office I can be found spending quality time with my family and rambunctious golden retriever. During the summer I love taking walks and spending time on the water in beautiful west Michigan. I’m a big fan of Michigan State athletics (Go Green!).

My goal is to offer a laid back and supportive safe place to process life’s challenges. I look forward to partnering with you!
